A.G. Coombs was proud to attend the AIRAH Women in HVAC&R Summit 2025 in New South Wales this past week, an annual event celebrating the contribution of women and gender-diverse professionals in Australia’s HVAC&R and building services industry.
Bringing together leaders, engineers, and advocates from across the country, the Summit provided a platform to share experiences, insights, and practical strategies for creating a more inclusive, innovative, and high-performing industry.

Representing A.G. Coombs, Project Engineer Maddy Moratti joined the Storytelling panel session, moderated by Sonia Holzheimer, M.AIRAH, alongside other industry peers. The session explored how personal stories and lived experiences can serve as powerful tools to foster connection, build visibility, and amplify influence within the sector.
