This year Integrated Technical Management have been recognised with the FM Industry Award for Excellence in Government/Special Purpose Facilities for Critical Data Centres Infrastructure Facility Management for ANZ Bank. The award nomination focused on the innovative process applied to the development and successful implementation of an independently certified AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality Management Framework.
Since implementation there has been greatly increased alignment and operational efficiencies between ITM and ANZ resulting in a step change; providing greater value, systems reliability and efficiencies. This enabled ITM to deliver benchmark outcomes in the unprecedented COVID environment without the need for additional resources or expense.
The ANZ Data Centre team have stated that the vital role played by the new ITM Quality Management Framework in infrastructure facility management is viewed as indisputable.

Aligned Leisure, Cardinia Shire Council, Integrated Technical Management and A.G. Coombs Advisory for Excellence in Sustainability and Environmental Impact at Cardinia Life. Aligned Leisure and Integrated Technical Management have worked closely with Cardinia Life to reduce the facility’s water and energy consumption. Leisure center facilities are high consumers of energy and water. The successful usage reduction initiatives at Cardinia Life are recognised as industry exemplars.

Virtual Buildings Information System VBIS for Excellence in Industry Innovation. Included in the Victorian Digital Asset Strategy and the Queensland Government Data Guideline, Virtual Buildings Information System (VBIS) is a freely available and system-agnostic standard that provides a means of classifying asset data, resiliently connecting data sets and supports BIM in FM. It integrates data sources across systems at the required level of detail to provide facilities managers with an easy way to locate key asset and maintenance information to support facilities management outcomes.
