Join the FMA for a tour of the back of house operations of 171 Collins Street, Melbourne’s First 6 Star NABERS Energy rated building.
This exclusive tour will provide an understanding of the buildings active fine tuning, sustainability philosophy, and how to effectively commission a property to Green Star design standards while meeting the anchor tenant’s LEED requirement. It will also provide insights into the technology that made it possible.
A.G. Coombs is proud to have played a role in the building’s 6 Star NABERS Energy rating. During construction, A.G. Coombs was responsible for the detailed design, installation and commissioning of specialist HVAC and mechanical services and have subsequently provided the on-site management team with system tuning services and energy efficiency focused maintenance.
