Constructed by ISPT in 2006, 50 Lonsdale is a 33 level A Grade commercial building (66,877m2 NLA) located in the Parliamentary precinct of the Melbourne CBD. Significantly the 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating was achieved without Greenpower, renewables or onsite generation, the first for the Melbourne CBD.
A.G. Coombs was engaged by ISPT to provide innovative HVAC and mechanical services tuning and maintenance services that have played a central role with the onsite CBRE facility services team in achieving this Energy rating outcome.
A.G. Coombs congratulates ISPT and the CBRE team at 50 Lonsdale Street on this achievement and is pleased to have contributed to the new rating that follow on from the building’s 5 Star NABERS Indoor Environment rating.
