Melbourne’s 50 Lonsdale Street has achieved a 5½ Star NABERS Indoor Environment rating. This is a full star improvement from the 2017 4½ Star rating with the new rating score 1% away from a 6 Star outcome.
Constructed in 2006, and owned by ISPT Super Property, 50 Lonsdale is a 33 level A Grade commercial building located in the Parliamentary precinct of the Melbourne CBD.
A.G. Coombs provide innovative HVAC and mechanical services tuning and maintenance services that have played a central role with the onsite CBRE facility services team in achieving this Indoor Environment rating outcome, along with the 12-year-old building’s 5 Star NABERS Energy rating.
