A.G. Coombs Senior Technical Specialist Brendan Sadler will join property, sustainability and asset management professionals at The Fifth Estate’s Transition Risk Masterclass in Melbourne on 8 September. The event will explore how organisations can respond to energy transition risks while maintaining asset value and operational performance.
Brendan will present in Session 3, Holistic Planning, alongside Robyn Hyslop, Sustainability Director at Colliers. The session will examine the technical and financial considerations involved in developing an energy transition plan, including how to build a business case for investment, optimise existing systems and prepare for future upgrades.
Drawing on his experience in building performance, HVAC optimisation, energy analytics and NABERS improvement, Brendan will share practical lessons from working with facility managers and operations teams to improve building performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
The Transition Risk Masterclass, supported by City of Melbourne and hosted by The Fifth Estate, brings together practitioners from across the property sector to discuss electrification, energy markets, reporting requirements and strategies for managing transition risk.
