A.G. Coombs is proud to announce our partnership with Guide Dogs Victoria, further strengthening our commitment to inclusion, accessibility and positive social impact.
The partnership was formally launched on 5 August 2026, at Guide Dogs Victoria’s facilities, bringing together industry leaders, community representatives, key stakeholders and staff to explore the vital role accessibility plays in creating workplaces and communities where everyone can participate, contribute and belong.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to creating meaningful social value beyond day-to-day service delivery.
Together, A.G. Coombs and Guide Dogs Victoria will work to support greater awareness, participation and inclusion for people of all abilities-through a range of shared initiatives designed to generate meaningful outcomes for employees, clients and the broader community. Key areas of focus for the partnership include:
- Building a values-led partnership that prioritises inclusion, accessibility and positive community impact.
- Working collaboratively to deliver clear, meaningful and measurable outcomes for communities and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrating leadership by exemplary role model behaviour in positively influencing employees, clients and the wider industry through responsible and inclusive practices.
This partnership also aligns with A.G. Coombs’ Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan, which focuses on creating workplaces where people of all abilities are supported to participate, contribute and grow. By recognising what people can do, A.G. Coombs is committed to opening greater employment opportunities and supporting barrier-free workplaces through the right technology, tools, training, leadership development and career growth programs that empowers strength and high performance.
A key feature of the launch event was the panel discussion, Accessibility by Design: Creating environments where everyone belongs. The discussion explored how organisations can embed accessibility across workplace design, facilities management, technology, recruitment and workplace culture to create environments where people feel welcome, valued and able to participate with confidence.
The panel featured representatives including:
