In its 16th consecutive year, the Victorian Harness Racing “Night at the Trots” event was held on 22 Februrary at Melton Entertainment Park and featured the Lyn McPherson Memorial Cup Series Final, raising vital funds for gynaecological cancer research, education and prevention.
The Lyn McPherson Memorial Cup is named after Institute Patron and Director Duncan McPherson’s late wife, Lyn, who succumbed to ovarian cancer in 2010.
A.G. Coombs are a longstanding supporter of the event and Manager – Group Procurement, Michael Taranto, who is also a co-founder of Team Teal, attended
to present the trophy to the owners and connections of the winner.

The Women’s Cancer Foundation plays a vital role in raising awareness and important funds for ovarian cancer research, and the A.G.
