Breath of Fresh Air – The Annex at 12 Creek Street Brisbane

Set amongst Brisbane’s heritage listed fig trees The Annex’s design featuring a breathable façade promotes connection with the outdoors.

In the April 2022 edition of AIRAH’s Ecolibrium magazine, Sean McGowan reports on this innovative new building, and its HVAC system designed and delivered to compliment the breathable façade, providing tangible wellbeing benefits and helping to exceed sustainability targets.

Constructed by Broad Construction for Dexus, with services design by Norman Disney and Young to meet Brisbane City Council’s Buildings That Breathe design guide that sets benchmarks for building design in the city’s sub-tropical climate.
