International Towers Sydney is the first project in the world to be awarded a Platinum Shell & Core rating under the WELL™ Building Standard.

Completed in 2016, Lendlease’s trio of skyscrapers dominate Barangaroo. Managed by the International WELL Building Institute™, the WELL Building Standard™ considers seven aspects of a building’s design and their impact on the health and well-being of its occupants.

In the May edition of the AIRAH Ecolibrium magazine Sean McGowan takes a closer look at International Towers Sydney describing it as a Living Landmark and focuses on the Towers innovative HVAC solution.

A.G. Coombs provided HVAC and Mechanical services for the two largest towers that have also achieved 6 star Green Star – Office Design v3 ratings, and continues to provide maintenance services to the precinct as part of the JLL team.
