Acknowledging the Wulgurukaba of Gurambilbarra and Yunbenun, Bindal, Gugu Badhun and Nywaigi people at our new Townsville office
On Wednesday, 10 May 2023, we were honoured to have Brenton Creed, Wulgurukaba traditional owner join us at the opening of the new A.G. Coombs Townsville office to perform a Welcome to Country with a traditional smoking ceremony, acknowledging the rich history of the Wulgurukaba of Gurambilbarra and Yunbenun people, and respecting the Bindal, Gugu Badhun and Nywaigi as the Traditional Owners and their continuing connection to the local lands.
