A.G. Coombs Proudly Supports The Alliance Industry Breakfast 2026

March 5, 2026

A.G. Coombs is proud to support The Alliance Industry Breakfast 2026, an Indigenous‑led event bringing industry leaders together to advance cultural safety and meaningful employment outcomes for First Nations peoples.

Held on National Close the Gap Day, 19 March 2026, the breakfast will gather senior professionals committed to embedding culturally safe practices and transforming workplace experiences through evidence‑based, Indigenous‑led insights.

Hosted by The Alliance – The National Indigenous Employment & Training Alliance (NIETA), the event focuses on the theme “From Intent to Impact: Cultural Safety in Practice.”

The program features an opening address from Alliance CEO Kylie Penehoe and a panel discussion exploring leadership actions, organisational systems and workplace approaches that enable First Nations peoples to thrive, stay and lead at work.

The Alliance is an Indigenous‑led peak body dedicated to transforming the employment and training landscape through strong governance, community-grounded leadership and evidence-based solutions.

A.G. Coombs’ support for this important national conversation reflects our ongoing commitment to Indigenous engagement through our Indigenous Pathways initiatives. As outlined in the A.G. Coombs Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan, our approach includes creating meaningful employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, supporting culturally safe workplaces, and partnering with Indigenous communities
and businesses through responsible social procurement.

We are honoured to stand alongside The Alliance in championing culturally safe industry practice and strengthening employment pathways for First Nations peoples.
