This year Kyle Sikacek, A.G. Coombs Refrigeration Apprentice has been recognised as the 2022 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice of the Year.
Held at Howard Smith Wharves Rivershed and overlooking the majestic Story Bridge, the event saw saw a gathering of employers and industry stakeholders brought together to recognise apprentices who go above and beyond in their trade training.
The awards have become known for showcasing outstanding apprentices and employers and saw a total of 16 awards presented to apprentices and two inaugural employer awards. Construction trades made up a large portion of the accolades on offer, with award categories for the Carpentry, Furnishing Trades, Construction, Painting & Decorating, Bricklaying, Plumbing & Gas Fitting, Electrical, and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentices of the Year.
A.G. Coombs congratulates Kyle and the finalists and winners across all categories.
