The latest 6 Star Green Star “As Built” rating was officially awarded in October 2014.

During construction, A.G. Coombs was responsible for designing, installing and commissioning specialist HVAC and mechanical services to both the base building and BHP Billiton’s tenancy, whilst also contributing towards the Green Star building tuning process.

A.G. Coombs is proud to have been involved in both this landmark Collins Street development and the achievement of its 6 Star Green Star “As Built” rating.
