A Decade of Support and Community Engagement

At A.G. Coombs, we are proud of our long-term relationship with the Richmond Football Club. It extends from being the club’s official facilities maintenance partner and inaugural major sponsor of the Richmond AFLW team, to our unwavering support of the Korin Gamadji Institute (KGI). Our commitment with the KGI and its many Indigenous educational initiatives continues to be a cornerstone of our reconciliation journey and Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan.

This July, we again strengthened our partnership by announcing an extension of our support of Richmond through to at least the conclusion of the 2026 AFL and AFLW seasons.

Managing Director of the A.G. Coombs Group, Russell Telford (pictured below, standing centre with Richmond CEO Brendon Gale and President John O’Rourke) commented that with challenging times being experienced across the community only highlight the importance of strong relationships and the value they can create.

“The A.G. Coombs Group strongly believes that ‘Strength and High Performance’ comes through ‘Diversity and Inclusion,’ and we are extremely proud of the role that our partnership with the Richmond Football Club continues to play in supporting many of our community engagement programs, including employment pathway opportunities,” he said.

“We are delighted to be extending our highly valued multi-faceted partnership with the Richmond Football Club.”
