The new Parramatta Square development is re-imagining the city’s centre. The first stage of Walker Corporation’s new $2.4 billion Parramatta Square development – one of the largest urban renewal projects in the country – 4 Parramatta Square is the first commercial office tower to have reached completion at the site.
In the May edition of AIRAH Ecolibrum magazine, Sean McGowan explores the leading-edge design and construction methodologies brought to the 65,000m² 34-storey development’s large Mechanical and HVAC systems.
