A.G. Coombs are proudly sponsoring the LCIA Victoria Event – Lean in practice; from Government projects to drones, hosted by the Lean Construction Institute Australasia Ltd.
The LCIA event will be held at the University of Melbourne on the 20th June 2017 at 6.00pm.

This LEAN in Practice event will offer 3 very different perspectives on the topic “From Government Projects to Drones and all things Lean in between”.
Featured speaker Warwick Stannus, Group Engineering Manager, A.G. Coombs Group, will be presenting on “Achieving Lean D&C Project Delivery Through Project Collaboration, BIM and Lean Construction Integration”.
Warwick’s presentation will explore lean D&C project delivery as well as the challenges involved in overcoming current industry practices to ingrain lean thinking as a sustainable competitive advantage.
Warwick has been responsible for optimising the linkages between A.G. Coombs Group’s lean design and construction workflows, Building Information Modelling and off-site fabrication. These capabilities in recent years have played a central role in the delivery of some of Australia’s highest profile commercial, healthcare and data centre projects.
