‘Advancement of Women’ A.G. Coombs Leadership Academy Event (NSW)

September 12, 2025

A.G. Coombs was proud to host the second event in our ongoing Leadership Academy – ‘Advancement of Women’ series on 10 September. Held at the Museum of Contemporary Arts in Sydney, where we are the incumbent maintenance provider, the breakfast reflected our continued commitment to driving diversity and inclusion across the industry and beyond.

Aligned with our Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan, the event brought together business leaders, graduates, apprentices, and clients in a collaborative setting to celebrate achievements, exchange experiences, and explore opportunities to further champion women in building services.

Led by A.G. Coombs Managing Director, Russell Telford, the morning provided a platform for meaningful dialogue and reinforced the importance of building inclusive, high-performing, and future-ready workplaces.

The morning featured:

  • Keynote Presentation by Casey Morecroft, Executive, NAB Corporate Banking
  • Graduate Q&A Session with A.G. Coombs Engineering Graduates, Mary Marco and Jennifer Wu
  • Panel Discussion moderated by Samantha Lane, featuring:

Events such as these strengthen our long-standing commitment to representation, equity, and opportunity in a traditionally male-dominated sector. They also provide an important platform to extend the educational and development initiatives embedded across the A.G. Coombs Group.

Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in this ‘Advancement of Women’ A.G. Coombs Leadership Academy event and helping us champion progress and contribute to a stronger, more equitable building services industry.
