This year saw the sixth running of the Lyn McPherson Memorial Cup – named after Institute Patron and Director Duncan McPherson’s late wife, Lyn, who succumbed to ovarian cancer in 2010.
A.G. Coombs are a longstanding supporter of the event and Managing Director, Russell Telford, attended to present the trophy to the owners and connections of the winner.
“Our congratulations to Duncan, his family and everybody that contributed to this valuable event”, he said. “The Women’s Cancer Foundation plays a vital role in raising awareness and important funds for ovarian cancer research, and A.G. Coombs is very proud to be a supporter of this worthwhile event and WomenCan Team Teal”.
