As the final building delivered under the University of Technology Sydney’s original billion-dollar-plus City Campus Masterplan, UTS Central combines world-leading, collaborative learning spaces while pushing the boundaries of contemporary educational architecture.
In the April edition of AIRAH Ecolibrum magazine, Sean McGowan explores the UTS Central’s innovative mechanical services systems and energy efficient design.
As the mechanical services design and construct specialist contractor in a fast-paced construction program, A.G. Coombs’ agile approach to design resolution and the installation produced world class HVAC systems to serve the buildings unique spaces and facilities.
