International Women’s Day 2025: March Forward For All Women and Girls

February 25, 2025

8 Mar is International Women’s Day. This year’s theme, “March Forward: For ALL Women and Girls”, calls for action that can unlock equal rights, power and opportunities for all and a feminist future where no is left behind. Central to this vision is empowering the next generation – youth, particularly young women and adolescent girls – as catalysts for lasting change.*

With a sizeable disparity between male and female participants rates in our industry, we recognise the role A.G. Coombs must play in trying to change the status quo. It is our mission to lead by example and establish real and tangible ways to close this gap.

As a proud member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), A.G. Coombs continues to promote opportunities and advocate for female participation across the business and our industry as a whole.
