The A.G. Coombs Annual Dinner & Awards Night is a special event providing the catalyst for all personnel across the A.G. Coombs Group of Companies to connect with each other and celebrate the year’s achievements.

Importantly, the event is also an annual celebration of our unique company culture, recognising our proud history, core values, the service and loyalty of our staff and the achievements of our young people including apprentices.

Thank you to the thousand plus A.G. Coombs staff, partners, and special guests for joining us on 14 Oct to celebrate together at Crown Palladium in Melbourne.

Congratulations to all our 2023 award nominees and recipients:

  • Chris Milgate, Mark Irvine and Simon Lucas for their 21 years of service.
  • Paul Eagling, Sean Rodgers and A.G. Coombs Group Chairperson Clive Weeks AO on their retirement.
  • 12 people nominated for our Safety Leadership Awards throughout the year.
  • Graduating class of 15 apprentices including refrigeration, mechanical plumbing, electrical, sprinkler fitting and drafting.
  • Ethan Jones recognised with the “Allan Coombs Training Award”.
  • Paul Adcock being named as the “2023 Young Achiever”.

We hope that the 2023 A.G. Coombs Annual Dinner & Awards Night was a memorable one.

Did you know? Together, we raised more than $70,000 for “Challenge – Supporting kids with cancer” at the event. A.G. Coombs a strong history in supporting a range of worthwhile charities and social causes. Challenge is our longstanding foundation charity. Challenge provides support to children and their families who are undergoing treatment for cancer and other life threatening blood disorders.
