Project Scope
Refurbishment was completed in phases as floors became progressively available.
The refurbishment of the floors involved the upgrade of the floor air distribution systems replacing the twin boxes in the centre zone with new fan assisted VAV systems and the installation of new Dedanco high induction units on the perimeter zone.
In addition, a major upgrade of the central chiller plant was undertaken involving the replacement of the dual compressor R11 machines with new R134A chillers.
Refurbishment of Galleria Shopping Centre and Banking Chamber is now underway.
