Project Scope

The project principally involved the upgrade of the air conditioning system from the original dual duct system with perimeter skin system to all new dual duct air distribution in the internal zone and light air fittings and new perimeter induction systems using Dedanco terminal units.

A two stage strategy was adopted for the works which saw the majority of the floors completed as integrated fit-outs.

The project also included extensive remodelling of the Ground Floor entrance.
