ANZ Centre wins National Development and Best Office Development of the Year

The ANZ Centre in Melbourne’s Docklands has been named the Australian Development of the Year, and Best Office Development, at the prestigious Property Council 2011 Innovation and Excellence Awards.
Awarded for its innovative design, the building represents the next generation in collaborative and flexible workplace design, housed in a leading edge sustainable facility.
The A.G. Coombs Group is proud to have been involved in the ANZ Centre project through the building’s lifecycle to date:
- During construction of the accredited six-star Green Star building, through delivering design finalisation, project management, installation and commissioning services for the extensive mechanical, air conditioning, ventilation and control systems (A.G. Coombs Projects).
- Providing Green Star Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) services, assuring the commissioning of all environmentally-related building systems and features in order to achieve the best practice 6 Star Green Star As Built rating (A.G. Coombs Advisory).
- Delivering ongoing specialist technical systems maintenance and operational services, firstly during the initial building tuning period and continuing into current operations (Integrated Technical Management).
