Data Centre Infrastructure Upgrades
Ensuring Outcomes through End to End Delivery
14th Aug 2009
Increasing capacity, reliability and sustainability requirements continue to drive the demand for data centre infrastructure upgrades. Such upgrades are, however, complex and pose real risk to the inexperienced delivery team.
Today Mark Mitchell, General Manager of A.G. Coombs Pty Ltd (Projects), spoke at the DataCentre Strategics Conference in Sydney about the need for an integrated end-to-end delivery approach to manage upgrade risks and assure positive outcomes.
Using case studies of recent data centre upgrade projects completed by A.G. Coombs, Mitchell demonstrated both the components and benefits of using an integrated delivery model.
